That’s the way my grandmother instructed me to begin all of her letters to relatives up north. He is blessing me, you know. On the 18th of this October, I will be turning eighty-two years old, and I do count it a blessing to still be here on this side. The Bible hints that it’s all downhill from here; (see Psalm 90:10) The number 2025 is special for the Catholic Church because we are celebrating the 2025th anniversary of the incarnation of Jesus and is the year of Jubilee. As you might have read in the June post I was in a battle with the time robber, Satan. Nothing has changed/ There is still competition for my time, but I am wiser. Meetings, responsibilities, social obligations, with not much time for rest; and This month I celebrated two birthdays, planned my church’s Senior Annual Day. Spent a couple of days in the hospital from hell. ( No that was last month) Believe me no one feels the pinch of time more than someone my age. really and I am just now writing my contribution for July. There is so much to do and so little time to do it. We each get the same amount of time
THE PRESENT HELP IN TIME OF TROUBLE

(Isaiah 9:6 KJV) My apologies to anyone to whom it matters for not getting this Newsletter out in June. For the past 2 months I have been in the thick of battle with the world, the flesh, and the devil. My attention has been divided between these resources of the enemy and I was gathering data on the continued faithfulness of The Lord. Isaiah 9:6 reminds us that God has gifted us with knowledge of The Everlasting Father, and the Counselor as well as the Prince of Peace.
