John 12:28-32
28 Father, glorify thy name. Then came there a voice from heaven, saying, I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again.29 The people therefore, that stood by, and heard it, said that it thundered: others said, An angel spake to him.30 Jesus answered and said, This voice came not because of me, but for your sakes.31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.
Hello, Hello, Hello Dear Precious People of God (even enemies)
April has been an exciting month for me. I have been to the emergency room twice. I have been hospitalized for almost two days. I went in at 3am Thursday April 18, and got out on Saturday, afternoon April 19.
Briefly stated, it was a horror story…BUT GOD. I am here today because He kept me. Hallelujah!
I had to cancel my appearance at the last minute as one of the speakers in a 7 LAST SAYINGS event at my church…BUT GOD. Praise God there was someone more than capable to take my place. And I was gifted by one of the nurses with the names of her family to intercede on behalf. I was made more aware of the fact that the enemy cannot stop a child of God from enlarging God’s Kingdom. How Good God is that!! Hallelujah!
The Scriptures written at the beginning of this letter is more significant than ever. I just want to speak briefly on the last verse “If I be lifted up from the earth, I will draw all men unto me”(32), but I just wanted to add a little of the context which might serve to make it go deeper into our understanding. And I want to take this opportunity to talk on The 7 Last Saying of Jesus on THE Cross.
EASTER is significant to me because He got up and because He was lifted up so He was in a position to draw all people unto Himself for salvation and as the Light of the Word, He was able to expose the hearts of mankind. This is a CT scan judgement on the hearts of sinful man. (The hospital gave me one of those in emergency. Hallelujah!)
You see my friends in lifting up Jesus, THE LIGHT and THE WORD we are able to see the diseased heart of mankind. “Crucify him” screamed the people, the very ones He was coming to save, the religious ones, EXPOSED The government, the ruling godless class was willing to oblige EXPOSED. The followers were hiding their faces from him at home. EXPOSED The seemingly strongest disciple, Peter, was in fearful denial. EXPOSED The one whom He loved was there with the women and protected somewhat by his kinship EXPOSED They were all weak and letting it happen helplessly EXPOSED. They had no means of stopping the evil happening BUT GOD IN his mercy was exposing their need for a savior from the cancer of SIN.
Jesus as He hung there on display, flesh ripped apart, mind clear and strong, supported by Holy Spirit, He taught us in 7 remarks His most valuable lessons.
1 He taught us what to do with unforgiveness, give it to God.
2. He taught us to honor women and mothers.
3. He taught us that salvation was a free gift for the asking.
4. He taught us that there is a thirst not related to the water of the earth.
5. He taught us that there is nothing else we need to do to realize victory.
6. His scream Why??? showed us that His Father kept His end of the plan by turning away from His only son, And
7 He told us where His spirit went and where ours will go when we give up the ghost.
Oh my Good God, I pray you have been blessed by my Holy Ghost Rant. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!! Hallelujah!!!
