TO GOD BE THE GLORY, THE HONOR, AND ALL THE PRAISE.

LET’S GIVE THANKS UNTO THE LORD

By Bobbie Dicking

Psalm 107:1-2
O give thanks unto the LORD for He is good; for His mercy endureth forever. Let the redeemed of The LORD say so, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy…

It is that time of the year when we here in the USA have set aside to thank God for His mighty goodness. The Words from the above Scripture without a doubt sets my soul on praising fire this morning, especially the portion that says, “Let the REDEEMED of The LORD say so”.
Friends, I am redeemed and I have a lot to say, thanks and praise The LORD for, and I am sure you do as well.

I have taken the time to write 7 things that I am thankful for this morning. I invite you to do likewise. It will strengthen your heart and lift up your spirits and add healing portions of zest to your time.

I.  I thank and praise The LORD for my ability to see when I think of the things I would not be able to look upon without this ability.

II. I thank and praise The LORD for family and friends who sowed into my life and have since transitioned on to Glory.

III.  I thank and praise The LORD for my ability to walk when I think of the places I would not be able to go without this ability, church, the bathroom, shopping, outside, the house of my friends, out to dinner etc. etc. etc.

IV. I thank God that I can write with my own hand. I can share in writing.

V.  I thank and praise God I can hear the voices of my loved ones, music, and the happenings of my surroundings.

VI. I thank and praise God for the rebuke of a beloved Pastor who blessed me with everything God gave him with which to do so; rebuke, encouragement, blessed hinderances, and the gift of songs of praise.

VII. I thank and praise God for His Word that is a Lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

May God bless and keep you until I write again.

Love and Peace, Sister Bobbie Dicking
